Legal Guarantee

Under EU law, you have a legal guarantee on every product you buy from us. Below you'll find the official EU notice explaining your rights.

What this means for you

If a product is faulty or doesn't match its description, and the problem was present when it was delivered to you, you can ask for it to be repaired or replaced. If that isn't possible, or isn't done within a reasonable time, you may be entitled to a price reduction or a refund. This legal guarantee lasts at least two years from delivery. Depending on the country you live in, national law may give you a longer period.

These rights apply regardless of any additional warranty a manufacturer may offer, and they are separate from your right to return a product within 30 days.
